Green Flag Ceremony 12th May 2017

We are pleased to announce that Scoil Íde Naofa was awarded its 5th Green Flag for the theme Biodiversity at a ceremony in Cork on May 12th. Easter Egg Hunt

The children from Junior Infants – 2nd Class took part in an Easter Egg Hunt around the school on the day of the Easter holidays. They found lots of Eggs. Everyone had great fun![envira-gallery id=”1125″]

Daffodil Day 2017

In October 2016, 1st/2nd class and 3rd/4th class planted daffodil bulbs outdoors with their teachers. The children decided to pick them on March 24th as it was National Daffodil Day. The children gifted them to their mothers for Mother’s Day on March 26th. [envira-gallery id=”992″]

Seachtain na Gaeilge

Scoil Íde Naofa have just had a very successful Seachtain na Gaeilge 10th – 17th March. The children took part in many events dedicated to the promotion of the Irish language and culture throughout the school.
