Congratulations to Alison Davis (3rd Class) who competed in the U12’s Ladies English Singing competition in Fleadh Cheoil Luimnigh in Kilfinane on Sunday 4th June. Book Fair 2017
The Book Fair is taking place in Scoil Íde Naofa from 7th – 14th June 2017. The children are really excited about this and we have lots of bookworms who can’t wait to get their hands on some new books. [envira-gallery id=”1434″]
Junior Entrepreneur Project (JEP) Showcase Day 2017
5th and 6th Class pupils along with their teacher Mr. Lohan attended the Junior Entrepreneur (JEP) Showcase Day in the Woodlands House Hotel, Adare on May 31st. Teddy Bear Picnic
On Thursday 11th May, children in Junior Infants – 2nd Class had a Teddy Bear Picnic. The weather was beautiful. Each child brought in his/her teddy. There was great excitement. Leaf Tree Programme Curragchase 4/05/2017

Green Flag Ceremony 12th May 2017
We are pleased to announce that Scoil Íde Naofa was awarded its 5th Green Flag for the theme Biodiversity at a ceremony in Cork on May 12th. Easter Egg Hunt

Daffodil Day 2017
In October 2016, 1st/2nd class and 3rd/4th class planted daffodil bulbs outdoors with their teachers. The children decided to pick them on March 24th as it was National Daffodil Day. The children gifted them to their mothers for Mother’s Day on March 26th. [envira-gallery id=”992″]
